Items can only be returned if they are NEW and in their ORIGINAL packaging and the purchase is not more than 15 days old. Any returned part that does not meet these 3 main criteria will be re-shipped to you only at your expense and / or will be available for collection in our store in Ans.

All requests must be accompanied by your first and last name; adding the order number and your email address will speed up the process. In some cases we will ask you for a photo of the offending item / part. After acceptance of the file / return, it is your responsibility to return the product (s) to us. If it is an error / fault on our part the return costs are at our expense and will be refunded to you, otherwise these costs are borne by the customer. In the event of a justified return, Motorkit  undertakes to refund the amount of the order excluding shipping costs (unless we are mistaken) within 30 days of receipt of the return, or to replace the product in question.

You also have the right to withdraw from your purchase without cause. Provided that the returned merchandise has not been used and is in immaculate condition, you will not be charged any penalty. This right of renunciation runs from the day after the day of delivery. However, in this case the return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Concerning parts and electrical items: They are never returned or exchanged. End of series / liquidation / Promotion of the month and other good deals: items neither returned nor exchanged.
