Klopt het, dat de injector die standaard in de Monkey JB03 wordt gemonteerd eigenlijk vanwege de zuinige afstelling te klein is voor de Monkey..........en dat de op jullie site te koop aangeboden injector voor 120cc een betere keuze is? Ik hoor het graag van jullie. Gr Ger

De brandstofafstelling van de Monkey JB03 is inderdaad zeer arm ingesteld om te voldoen aan de Euro 5-normen voor lage CO₂-uitstoot.
Echter, als je alleen een grotere injector monteert zonder andere aanpassingen, zal de aanwezige elektronica de brandstoftoevoer automatisch corrigeren.
Dit gebeurt op basis van de informatie van de lambdasonde, waarbij de inspuitingstijd wordt verkort om binnen dezelfde emissienormen te blijven.
Met andere woorden, het vervangen van alleen de injector heeft geen enkel nut, omdat de winst nihil zal zijn.
